ISLAMABAD: A court has imposed a fine of Rs 15,000 on Najam Sethi for making allegations against the Prime Minister.
The District and Sessions Judge dismissed the petition of Prime Minister Imran Khan against Najam Sethi for not having jurisdiction in the case of defamation, damages and misrepresentation of marital life.
Najam Sethi sought dismissal of the damages case. The court rejected Najam Sethi's plea to dismiss the compensation case and imposed a fine of 15,000rs on him.
