LAHORE: Five people allegedly raped a girl in a car in Daska city of Punjab and took a policeman hostage and fled with their accomplice.
According to Express News, five persons in Daska allegedly raped the girl in the car. Were rescued.
Police said that when the raid team raided the area of Begowala to arrest the accused, the accomplices of the accused attacked the officers with sticks and suits while one officer was taken hostage and the main accused was released.
A case of gang rape has also been registered under section 18 against 63 persons including women.
