Tehran: Iran's spiritual leader Ayatollah Khamenei has said that Ukraine is a victim of the crisis created by the United States.

Ayatollah Khamenei called the United States the root of the problem and said that the Ukraine conflict should be resolved through negotiations but the root of the conflict should not be forgotten. The current situation in Ukraine is due to the reliance on the United States.
