KARACHI: Peerabad police have arrested a man accused of harassing a schoolgirl.
On Friday, a schoolgirl was harassed within the limits of Peerabad police station, the video of which went viral on social media. In the video, the accused riding a motorcycle can be seen clearly harassing the student.
Last night, Peerabad police in an operation in Orangi Town Sector 5 arrested accused Naseem son of Anwar for harassing a schoolgirl.
In this regard, SHO Peerabad Raja Sanwar told Express that the accused had harassed the student who was returning home from school on Friday. He said that the arrested accused has been shifted to the police station and legal action will be taken against him.
