Mumbai: Former Indian actress Ayesha Tarakiya was subjected to racial discrimination and harassment at the Goa airport by officers.
According to media reports, her husband Farhan Azmi raised his voice against the incident on the social networking site Twitter after he was insulted by Ayesha Tarakia at Goa airport. He also shared photos of the two officers.
Farhan Azmi said that at the airport these officers tried to touch my wife and also sold rumors. I was coming to Mumbai from Goa with my wife and my son when this incident took place.
He said that the said officers had insulted me and separated me from my family and made me stand in the second line. The ex-actress's husband has lodged a complaint with the authorities against the officers.
