North Carolina: A large segment of experts is now bringing this subject into the realm of science, which was once considered the antithesis of science, and that is spirituality or spiritual experiments. Some research has shown that trusting in God can be extremely useful in many diseases. Now another study has found that spirituality can improve quality of life in people with heart failure or gradual heart failure.

An analytical (synthesized) report has been published in the journal JECC Heart Failure. Spirituality can improve the quality of life of patients with heart failure, the report said. Experts believe that many benefits can be reaped for individual patients by making spiritual practice part of the treatment of such patients.

Dr. Rachel S. Tobin of Duke University Hospital says that the lives of heart failure patients can be more difficult than those of others because the ability of the heart to pump blood is severely affected and routines are affected. Patients become despondent, lonely, and seem insignificant in their own eyes.

That's why experts at the American College of Cardiology have long said that heart patients should be given hope from God in terms of their religious beliefs. It gives them courage and hope. However, there is a lack of research in this regard and on the other hand, we do not have any measure of spirituality.

According to scientists, spiritual experiences and events are very difficult to describe. We cannot say which person is spiritually conscious and strong. Scientists also want to measure it on scientific scales, but at the moment we have no standard for it.

However, analytical research has reviewed a total of 47 research articles and surveys. But some scientists have also mentioned some devices which number close to 10. These instruments are said to measure some level of spirituality.

However, some scientists believe that if it is not possible to measure with an instrument, then in spirituality man connects with God in addition to material resources, he finds a clear purpose in life and values himself. But those who do not believe in God can improve themselves by having a purpose in life and a desire to live.

This treatment based on the use of spiritual values, eloquence, motivation and other methods is called palliative therapy. Its medical questionnaires and standards have become.

In one survey, questionnaires were filled in by e-mail for 12 weeks from patients who were asked for spiritual help. Eighty-five percent of participants found meaningful living, trusting in God, and spiritual help helpful. He admits that it has reduced his depression and given him relief. However, the experiment involved barely 40 to 50 patients with heart failure.

Thus, the spiritual experience has provided another proof of the elimination of the pain and psychological effects of the disease.
