LAHORE: Interim head coach of the national cricket team Saqlain Mushtaq has said that the way Shaheen Afridi bowls in his first over suggests that he is dropping missiles.
In a video released by the PCB, the interim head coach of the national cricket team, Saqlain Mushtaq, while talking, said that Shaheen Afridi is constantly taking wickets in the first over and the batsmen are well aware of this but still lose wickets. His bowling has swing and accuracy.
National cricket team captain Babar Azam said that taking wickets of the batsmen of the rival team in the first over is the art of Shaheen Afridi which you can call perfection.
Similarly, wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan revealed that Australian cricketer Marcus Lubushin asked me if Shaheen Afridi's full toss in the first over had any purpose.
Mohammad Rizwan says that we expect Shaheen Afridi to do something in the first over. Not all of us, management fans and other players are also waiting for the wicket.
Regarding taking wickets in the first over, Shaheen while talking about himself said that my only effort is to get out quickly, falling one or two wickets from the top makes the other team down.
