Karachi: Due to the political situation in the country, the dollar is constantly rising in the interbank market, today the dollar exceeded 189 rupees during trading.
The dollar rose by Rs 3.39 during trading, after which the dollar hit a new high of Rs 189.51.
The dollar has appreciated by Rs 12.10 since March 1, while the rupee has depreciated by 20.50 per cent against the dollar during the current financial year.
The dollar had closed at a new high of Rs 186.30 with an increase of Rs 1.07 yesterday.
