Karachi: The Sindh government has taken an important decision regarding MQM London.
MQM London Coordinating Committee members Kanwar Khalid Younis and Momin Khan Momin were detained for 90 days. The two leaders were appointed by MQM London as its representative in Pakistan six days ago.
According to Sindh Home Department, MQM London leaders could be involved in illegal activities and deteriorating law and order situation. Both were detained for 90 days.
It is to be noted that MQM London had said that two leaders based in Pakistan have been nominated as members of the party's Central Coordinating Committee and MQM will gradually resume organizational activities in the country.
